Before your answer is sent

If you change your mind before I have sent your answer, you can request a full refund. Just reach out through the contact page with your order number.

After your answer is sent

Once I have recorded and sent your personal answer, the work is done and the sale is final, so refunds are not available after that point.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your order number and we will take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
