Take your time. Two minutes is the minimum for a question I can really sink into; you have up to ten. The recording stops by itself at the 10 minute mark, so keep an eye on the timer if you are getting close.
10 minute maximum. Recordings or files longer than 10 minutes are not accepted.

A few simple rules
- Audio files only. Anything that is not a recording will not be accepted.
- 10 minutes or less. If your file is longer than 10 minutes it is automatically turned away, so please send a shorter version.
- Accepted formats: m4a, mp3, and wav.
- Easiest is m4a (what an iPhone Voice Memo saves) or mp3. If you are not sure, either of those is a safe choice.
